How to Find a CSA

Every Tuesday morning a box of produce lands on my front porch. Filled with fruits and vegetables freshly plucked from their vines/beds/trees, the box hails from a local farm. I’m a member of a CSA (community supported agriculture), which means supporting a small, local farm by essentially subscribing to a weekly bundle of goodies. It encourages me to try new foods since opening up my box each week is like getting a big surprise gift. To learn more and find out what CSAs are in your area check out localharvest.org.

Great idea – I love the “surprise” aspect and think the kids may get into that too!!! Thanks for the tip.
