Ingredients
One 16-ounce container low-fat cottage cheese
2tablespoonsmayonnaise(I use light Best Foods)
3tablespoonsfinely chopped parsley
ΒΌcupfinely chopped red onion
Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mayonnaise, parsley, and onion. Add several generous turns with your pepper grinder. Stir well and serve with cut up raw vegetables and/or crackers.
