Put all of the ingredients in a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Run until ingredients are pureed. If figs are very dry, add 1 to 2 teaspoons water to help the mixture blend.
Roll into 8 smooth balls. Roll balls in coconut. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
