Fresh Fig and Yogurt Snack

Fresh, flavorful, ripe figs, a spoonful of Greek yogurt, and a drizzle of honey is all that's required here. But if you happen to have chopped hazelnuts, sliced almonds, or favorite seeds on hand, scatter them over the top for a little crunchy finish.

Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe figs
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Honey
  • 2 teaspoons sliced almonds , pumpkin seeds, or hemp seeds

Instructions

  1. Split the figs in half through the stem. Lay cut-side-up on your work surface. Spoon 1 tablespoon of yogurt onto each fig half. Drizzle each lightly with honey. Sprinkle with nuts or seeds, if desired. Store fresh, ripe figs in the refrigerator until ready to use.
