This is an ideal way to use up the leftovers when making waffles: turn them into a waffle sundae for school lunch. If you don't have homemade ones on hand, there are some pretty wholesome options in the freezer section of the market.

1toasted waffle(homemade or whole grain freezer waffle)
1/2cupplain yogurt
1/2cupfresh berries or sliced fresh fruit
1/2banana
1tablespoonmaple syrup
Instructions
For a packed lunch, arrange the yogurt, fruit, and syrup in containers. Wrap the waffle in a wax paper bag or parchment paper. Pack into lunch box with a fork. Kids can arrange ingredients as they like on the waffle and eat with a fork, or use the waffle to dip into the yogurt and fruit.
