It's easy to make a wholesome, flavorful, crispy cracker using just a few ingredients. Keep it simple and cut them into squares or get a little playful and pull out the cookie cutters.
Lay the flatbread on a cutting board and use cookie cutters to cut shapes from the bread. Transfer to a baking sheet and brush with olive oil. Sprinkle lightly with garlic powder and salt, along with the seeds. For a shortcut version, skip the cookie cutters, brush the entire flatbread with olive oil, sprinkle on the garlic, salt, and seeds, and cut into 12 to 15 squares.
Bake until the edges turn golden brown, about 7 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving. The crackers will continue to crisp as they cool.
