In case you hadn’t heard, the Super Bowl is on Sunday and my hometown team, the San Francisco 49ers, is in the running. That doesn’t mean I’ll be glued to the screen for every play. More likely, I’ll be waiting to see what JLo is wearing for her halftime show and bellying up to the game day buffet. And while I see no harm in digging into your favorite snack foods on occasion, I also know that crave-worthy eats can be healthy, too.
