6 Simple Summer Menus

Memorial Day weekend is looking a whole lot different than usual this year. Big social gatherings won’t rule the day, but that doesn’t mean we can’t fire up the barbecue or hand out ice pops. I’ve been talking to my crew about how to make the most of Memorial Day and have curated six simple menus for inspiration. Each features a main, a salad, and a dessert. Feel free to mix and match depending on your mood.
