RECIPES
Most of the recipes you’ll find here are mine. When they are not, I will say so. My recipes tend to be wholesome without being hippie food (no offense to the hippies). It’s all about balance, with room for goodies here and there.
Because I have readers with big kids and little kids, many of my recipes offer a range of servings, and sometimes recipes show up in more than one category. I don’t distinguish between “kid food” and “grown up food.” This is family cooking. That said, if a dish doesn’t pass muster with a majority of my crew at home, it won’t likely show up here (unless I am plum, over-the-top crazy about it, that is).
